Myself and my wife were married at the end of August 2023. We originally were planning on simply having a registrar marry us but eventually decided to go for a celebrant. Colette was fantastic. Prior to the event we had multiple calls and an in person meeting to go over all information regarding the day and ceremony (she even went through events for after the ceremony which was above and beyond what she was being asked to do.) both myself and my partner knew we had made the correct decision prior to the day itself. Colette also went to the venue prior to the day of our ceremony date, again giving us peace of mind that she was on top of everything and ensuring everything would go well. On the day she was very punctual, helped myself and the best men walk through the day (I know she did the same with the bride and bridesmaids but obviously I wasn’t there at that point). The ceremony went without a hitch and was absolutely lovely. It was everything we asked for and more. We had multiple guests inform us of how lovely it was and several people say they would want the same at their wedding). Thank you Colette for a very special day. You were fantastic.

Colette made our ceremony so personal and went above and beyond just officiating our wedding. She got to know key people and mingled with our guests. Everyone loved the ceremony, so much praise for Colette and I’ve also heard that she took charge to make it all happen on time. Colette had some really fun ideas for the service and was easygoing with any changes we wanted to make. We will remember it forever!! Thank you!

We are so incredibly happy to have chosen Colette to be our celebrant for our big day in July this year. She has such a warm and welcoming manner and made the whole process so easy (which we are especially grateful for as we were planning our wedding from the other side of the world!) After meeting with Colette for the first time it didn’t take long for us to realise we had found the perfect celebrant for our wedding. We kept in contact during the lead up to the wedding and were even offered the option for a wedding rehearsal which was fantastic. She took time to allow us to explain our story and the way she brought it to life and delivered it during the ceremony was truly remarkable. I can’t think of anyone who loves their job more than Colette and her passion, understanding and confidence set the tone for the perfect day. We recently had the wedding of our dreams that was officiated by Colette and we couldn’t recommend her services enough. Colette was absolutely amazing, totally surpassing our expectations. She made our wedding! We loved the content, structure and life she gave to our ceremony. It was SO US! Colette was so helpful in what was a very delicate situation for us. Not only were we having a wedding vow renewal we were also celebrating a family reunion after 40 years and it was the first time both sets of family and friends were at a family “do”. Colette was excellent, she not only took direction from us but was able to guide us on getting the best service we could have. She encompassed everything, love, heartache, loss, humour and a great respect for both occasions. Everyone loved the emotional service and there were tears and laughter from almost everyone. When we need a celebrant again there is only one we will be requesting, we just have to hope she is available. This award winning celebrant deserves every accolade that her profession has.

Colette officiated at our wedding recently and I would have no hesitation recommending her. From the start, Colette listened to our wishes and built a wonderful bespoke ceremony which made our day very special. Our ceremony was a really special part of our day. Colette got to know all the little details about our lives, when and how we met, and what’s important to us in our lives together. She wrote our story and it made us laugh and cry with all the personal touches. On the day the time just flew by!

Our guests all commented on how lovely the service was, and it just couldn’t have been more perfect.

Colette saved our day! We had to find a celebrant to replace ours within 24 hours of our wedding. She listened to what we wanted, and picked up all the details quickly. We then had to run inside half way through the ceremony because the heavens opened, and Colette managed the situation well while adding her personal touch to the ceremony. A year on from our wedding and having Colette as our celebrant was still one of our highlights.

We met Colette about a week before our wedding after a change of heart and wanting a personal ceremony after waiting so long from Covid.

We spoke to several celebrants but it was only Colette who made us feel like she was genuinely excited for us. Colette was a dream to work with, she turned up the day before to meet us and our parents and fitted right in. On the day Colette showed up early from genuine excitement and it was so nice to see her! Despite only knowing each other for several days before the wedding we felt completely at ease and like we had known her forever.

So many of our guests on the day complimented us on how wonderful the ceremony was and this was down to Colette.

We just wanted to say a massive Thank You for our renewal of vows ceremony yesterday. We were both so impressed by your professionalism, flexibility (it would have helped if Debs hadn’t sprained her ankle the day before!) and the wording of our ceremony was awesome (tear-jerking)! All in all, a fantastic day.

Colette has been amazing, I booked last year with her and then my wedding was rearranged for this summer, she has coached me through the stress and gone above and beyond in offering support, advice and regular updates with the forever changing circumstances. She has been very creative in offering alternative ideas and suggestions in different scenarios which has been really encouraging through this process since 2020 and even though i have had to postpone again to 2022 I couldn’t think of anyone better for my special day and to have gone through all of this with.
